I was surfing through one of the forums yesterday--I believe it was GD--and I came across a topic that made me take pause.

Why is Pyramidhead sexy? or something akin to it.

That isn't the part that shocked me, of course, but the inane replies basically saying that rape and mutilation were okay did. (Aside from the "omgz hes so hotttttt" replies, that is.)

There's a reason that s**t's illegal, you guys. Rape is not pleasant, it's not fun for the victim, and while I'm not against body-modification (the tattoos, piercings, artful scarring, etc.), what PH would do would be a hell of a lot different.

So please, all of you Silent Hill Sue wannabes, take a step back and think for a moment before screaming and swooning as soon as the man with the Buster Sword appears on your screen.
