Here’s a little of my background:
I was born on The Island, like most spies. My mother died when I was born. My father was killed on a mission. That was right after my mother’s death. The agency, Fox & Fire my parents had worked for then took me in as their own. I grew up with Ameria, whose mother had died, too, but her father had abandoned her. Ameria’s mother had worked for Fox & Fire, but her father didn’t. Anyway, Ameria and I grew up together, so now, both of us at 15 are being sent around the world as spies. Our first real mission is in New York City.
