As I stand here by the shore
I feel as if I have nothing to live for.
As the sun sets to bring the night that everyone fears.
You can still get a glimpes of my fallen helpless tears.

The ocean waves are proud and strong
Home to creatures that will sing a wonderful song.
The more I stand here by the shore
The more helpless tears fall from me.

I know that I am the only one who can change my fate
If not I will always remain in this state.
If one was to look at my face
they would see nothing buy empty space.

Only my eyes show my despair
With helpless tears falling here and there.
Unlike the ocean I am not proud or strong
All I can do is just go along.

These helpless tears will go away
For they have out welcomed their stay.
I have but one thing left to do
To turn around and start a new life for two.
