Big sisters and 'the exchange'
"So...Let me see if i am correct...You blame your sister for..abandoning you?" Tina asked as she kept her distance from Aunit.
"What difference does it make? My business is with Zapook, not you."
"Very true, but we are all family-"
"I AM HER TRUE FAMILY! You all are but obstacles she chose to hide behind!"
"...please lower your voice when speaking to me."
"Who are you to order me around?" Aunit growled, as she smacked Tina across the face.
Tina's head snapped to the side, but her expression remained the same, "You remind me more of my younger sister than of myself. You do know this?"
"If you're not going to tell me were Zapook is, I will uproot everything in this land until I find her!"
As Aunit turned to leave, she felt something cling to her back almost instantly. Tina had one arm around her neck and a sword held up to Aunit's face. "I am sorry to say this, but I do believe I have come to dislike you."
"So are you going to kill me, Princess of the Eclipse?"
Tina lowered the sword and jumped back, "How do you know of my former title?"
"We are one of the same, are we not? I've known about you since Zapook started staying with you and your sister. The destruction you caused..."
"Stop...."
"The many scars you hide under that foul smelling foundation covering your body."
"Silence, this instant!"
"The many lives you have taken, including one belonging to the family you have been searching for..."
Tina dropped the sword and held her ears close, "SHUT UP!" She fell to her knees, "It was an accident! I swear! I didn't mean to!"
"You are truely pathetic," Aunit growled and a black sword materialized in her hand. "I do believe I will put you and your bothersome family out of it's misery along with my dear sister."
Aunit raised her katana and was about to bring it down on Tina's head, but met with the sword Tina carried before it reached her.
With a dark laugh, Aunit said, "So...you want a fight, Princess?"
Tina's eyes were now glowing a bright red, "Normally, I'd choose to avoid this kind of confrontation and only protect myself and the ones I love, but I think one last kill will be easy for me to handle."
Tina rose to her feet, pushing Aunit back. Aunit smiled and rushed toward Tina, starting a chain of attacks and counter attacks between the two cat girls.
Not too far away from thier fight though, another event took place between two friends.
"GIVE THEM BACK!!!" Koopa screamed, clinging to Sephrain's back and pulling on his ears.
Shaking her off and attempting to run, he yelled back "They're attached to my head!"
She quickly grabbed his tail and pulled as hard as she can. "I WANT THEM BACK NOW!!"
"Ack! It hurts!!" Sephrain yelled, before pulling his tail free and running off, only for Koopa to tackle to him to the ground, nearly crying.
"I wanna be a kitty again..."
After that little 'greeting' the two of them sat and talked and eventually she pulled out the blood gem, and tried ...tried... to get chazu's machine to work.
Actually, she just pushed random buttons until Sephrain shoved her to the side and played with the buttons himself. The result? He somehow got a facefull of natural oil from the machine.
Giggling, pointed at the machine, "Gonna let me try now?"
"Be my guest", He said, using her tail as a towel.
After wiping her tail off, and five minutes of Sephrain singing 'Be My Guess' from Beauty and the Beast, Koopa went back to workin on the machine.
Her result was different from Sephrain's. Infact...it was more painful. Bright light to the eyes painful.
"OW!! I CAN'T SEE!" she screamed, covering her eyes.
"Pretty...."
"....Seph, I hate you."
"Aww, c'mon. What happened to bein best friends?" he said, then stares at the bright light coming from the machine. "Pretty..."
At this time, the blood gem was already around Sephrain's neck and glowing brightly. Koopa started glowing a dim blue, and he was glowing red.
After a long time of waiting, Koopa was starting to turn due to the energy coming from the machine. Thier aura's grew brighter, than began to mix together, then finally went to their origonal bodies. For awhile, the two of them sat on the ground, in human form, but thier animalistic features started to return, befining with Sephrain's wolf ears.
Minutes later, the two of them had departed and Koopa was skipping along, her cat tail and ears happily twitching, meowing a random song. As she burst out of a bush with a loud mew, she saw Tina and Aunit standing off with thier swords, trying to push each other back. Tina had quickly spun around and landed a kick on the side of Aunit's face, and sent her sailing past Koopa and into a nearby tree.
Koopa looked back at Aunit, asking Tina, "...So what happened to the non-violent approach?"
In a dark tone, Tina growled as she rushed past Koopa, "None of that now. I'm busy."
Aunit saw Tina coming and leaped into the tree as Tina tried to lunge the sword into her. Tina ened up getting it stuck in the tree and growled up at Aunit, then jumped on the sword and leaped into the tree after her.
"Heh. You have no weapon, love, unlike me!" Aunit, swung at Tina wildly with her katana. Tina skillfully blocked using only her claws and grabbed the weapon by the fifth attemped and launched out toward the ground and lodged itself into the ground, next to Koopa. Koopa was just sitting on the ground looking up at them, anxiously.
Aunit and Tina exachanged blows with each other, and it seemed as though Tina was doing well. A blow to the face sent Aunit crashing to the ground. Koopa cheered when she saw this, but Aunit was still struggling to her feet. Roaring angrly, the dark clouds above them grew darker and she placed her paws on the ground. Seconds later, two shadowy hands streched out of the ground before her and grabbed Tina by the torso and neck, lifting her out of the tree. Tina's screaming was enough to get Koopa up and running toward the tree. Digging her claws into the tree, she quickly scaled it and balanced on the limb nearest to Tina. Aunit cupped her hands together and launched a shadowy orb of energy at Koopa, who countered it with a fire ball of her own, then sent a second one hurling toward Aunit who easily dodged it. She made a second attemped to reach for Tina, and Aunit was prepared to attack again.
Before she was able to attack, she saw Koopa stop, then leap down from the tree and take off running on all four.
"What...the..."
Aunit leviated up toward Tina until the both saw eye to eye. Tina's eyes were completely white.
Koopa stopped serval yards away and looked back just tin time to see several bolts of lighing strike the area where Tina and Aunit where.
"...I will never get on Tina's bad side, ever again....."
