After breaking the ice Wolven left oh his feet, Maureece stomped toward the kittens angrily. Koopa and Wolven started hissing and attacked Maureece together with a serious of bites, and scratches mixed. Maureece frantically tried to catch one of them but they seemed to fast for him.
That's when he finally gave up and roared loudly. A sudden force of power and hit knocked Koopling and Wolven off of him. The kittens saw Maureece grew in size and changed into a red dragon once again. After his transformation was complete, he looked down at Koopling and Wolven with an evily smile that soon faded. Koopling and wolven weren't phased by his transformation, or at least...didn't show it. Koopling still had that same little smug attitude, only now, to fiery wings seem to have sprouted on her back. Wolven stood next to her, growling, but was scared out of his mind. He, however, didn't have time to run as Maureece attached.
It seemed unfair, two small kittens fighting a huge red dragon, but the two of them were doing well. They dodged Maureeces teeth, claws and tail easily, and for every fire attacked he delt, Koopling jumped in the way and took the attack, since fire didn't do too much damage to her, and Wolven followed up with an icey attack or a drive to the heart with his horns.
For about an hour. As Koopling and Wolven jumped toward him, Maureece smacked Koopling with his tail. She was shot through three trees before smacking into a third one and falling to the ground, Wolven looked back and Koopling, forgeting he was in mid air, then turned back toward Maureece just into to his the dragon's jaws close around him.

Aussa was calling up to the balcony for Koopa, who was still out cold.
Aussa screamed at the top of her lungs, but Koopa only rolled onto her stomach in her sleep.
Suddenly, there was a loud explosion, enough to shake the grounds out the house, and right after, an icey wind blew through, and around Tina's intire house. When Aussa felt the wind and heard the explossion, she screamed even louder at Koopa, who was now trembling, but still asleep. That's when Fluffy dropped onto Koopa's head. He was still asleep himself.
The soft thud, make Koopa jolt awake and peer up at him.
"Oh, it's you....why haven't I eaten this thing yet?"
Aussa screamed out. "Dragon!!!"
"...oh yeah. That's right, Dragon wanted me to watch him."
"No no! A dragon! In back!!"
"Where!?" Koopa said as she jumped to her feet and looked around, gripping the railing tightly.
She was too late to see a dragon though, for where Maureece stood, there was not a tall statue, sparkling in the sun.
Koopa an Aussa made thier way to the back of the house, and saw Koopling stumbling out of a bush. When asked where Wolven was, she mearely used one of her wings to point upward.
Koopa looked up the statue of the dragon, and saw Wolven trembling in the open jaw of the statue. That's when she realised this wasn't an ordinary statue.
"Wolven? You froze Maureece?!"
Aussa looked over at Koopa, "That's Maureece!?"
"Told you...anyway. Wolven! Jump down!"
Wolven looked down at Koopa and shook his head. Koopling, with an annoyed growl, spread her wings and flew up to Wolven, grabbed him by the tail and flew back toward the ground.
Aussa backed up at the kittens landed. "Why do they look like that!?"
"Koopling and Wolven? Eh...I dont know that much about them, but I do know Koopling's part pheonix."
"...So she's a mixed breed...yet she got on one of hour friends for being one."
"Yeah. Seph got her back though."
"This explains why she doesn't die...what about wolven."
"Wolven's an imp. Ice imp. Somethin like that."
"...How..."
"Look, I just found Wolven like that."
"And Koopling?"
"She found me." Koopa stared up at Maureece's face. "Well, lets do somethin with this thing before the ice melts."
Wolven, with a half asleep tone of voice, said, "Big meanie dragon no in ice...."
"What?"
"Meanie dragon no in ice. He is ice."
Koopa stared confused at him, then looked over to Koopling to see if she knew what Wolven ment. Koopling smiled and flapped her wings, then darted straight toward Maureece, and shattered him into pieces. As the bits of ice rained down on them all, Koopling turned back to normal in mid air and crashed into a bunch of boxes leaning against the house.
Wolven screamed, "GEM!!!"
Aussa watched Wolven dart into the collasped pile of boxes, then looked over at Koopa. "Gem? Does he mean the Blood gem?"
"Peh, no way. I have that." Wolven backed out of the pile pulling both koopling and a
moogle plushie. "He named the damn thing Gem. Got it from Chazu's house I think. Least that's what Wolven told me."
Wolven curled up on the plushie and passed out from exhaustion, right next to Koopling who had already blacked out.
"Should we take them inside?"
"No, they'll be fine. Just leave 'em here for a while." Koopa took Fluffly off her head and set him next to Wolven, then walked into the house with Aussa.
