Ok, we have now established that stupid people are here to entertain us. But what we dont know is were they came from. This is almost impossible to explian but I will do my best to do so. First you must understand that stupid people come from stupid parents, and they are classifed thusly.
1: the normal stupid
2: the really stupid
3: the... well lets not get into that.
From these classes you can derive where the stupid person came from. Normal stupid people come from the combination of a normal person and a stupid person. The really stupid come from the combination of two normal stupid people. And the others are a fluke made up by two smart people with some really bad genes.
Now there are some outleirs within the system of stupidity, but most of those are corporate officials and politicians.
