To continue what I was talking about in my previous entry about my, well, flooded basement, as you can tell. Well, technically it's been "de-flooded", xd , and yesterday there were a bunch of people, men to be exact, who were digging through our front yard, where the main pipe is, digging through only a couple of bushes they say they will replace and bare ground/dirt. Somehow, to do this, they needed six vehicles of who-unprofessioned-knew-what. The vehicles filled up the whole cul-de-sac! >< Never have a I seen such a sight. Never, until now, of course. rolleyes Not even during one of those big parties. Because either:
1) the party isn't that big
or, and usually
2) the cars usually park at the curb.

The company (John C. Flood ... O_o) is going to restore the pipe. Oh, did I mention that it was really noisy yesterday? Oh, yeah. mrgreen ------> domokun I looked at the two gigantic, not to mention deep, holes yesterday afternoon and I saw that the LINE is actually a hose-like thing. I'm confusing myself of what's what...since there's the pipe and the line and all that wonderful stuff.

A neighbor came over to our house that evening asking about our broken pipe. He said that the neighbors were talking about how since it happened to our house, it might happen to someone elses, too. I've actually never talked to this neighbor before, so it was...pleasant enough, shall I say? ><
