Got courage?
As Koopa opened her eyes, the only thing seen at first was the dark red, flaking wall paper of her room. She sat up and glanced around the room. Everything seemed normal. She caustiously peeking out of the room and saw nothing was out of the ordinary, but before she can get out a sigh of relief, a voice rose from within the house.
"Blech! To think she'd have more to eat here than steaks and catfood!"
After following the voice, she found her standing at the entrance of the kitchen watching a man dressed in red, matching hair, and red eyes, searching through the cuboards of the kitchen. When he noticed her, he smiled and put everything back as it was, then walked over to her. Koopa was about to attack the man, until she realised that the red dragon's scent was coming from him. The closer he got, the more she backed away from him.
"Even in human form you're afraid of me? Either you are one big scaredy cat, or you got something against dragon's shiela."
"Well...I don't have anything against them...I'm just...scared of them."
"I reckon you got a good reason to be. Were ya attacked? Or kidnapped?"
"Well...attacked...never held captive by one..."
"Ah, so you got your self in a bit of a sticky situation with one."
"With a few..."
"Oh, since you mentioned captives, there was a cat guy tied up in the basement. I set the boy free though."
"YOU WHAT?!" A sudden burst of dizziness made her lean against the wall.
"Yeah. Poor fella. Couldn't get the collar off, but he's out and about now."
Koopa leaned back on the wall, holding her head with a low growl coming from her throat. Immediately, she stareted to worry about Aussa. But within the shock collar still on, he couldn't do too much damage.
The red headed man spoke again. "So...you are from the Pyra family, right?"
"...Pyra?"
"Cat demon tribe on the far side of the montain near here? Well...they used to be there. Until they were att-"
Shake her head, she cut him off saying, "Look, I don't care what happened. Just ...what do you want?"
"That perty piece of stone you got stored away."
"...the Blood gem...Look buddy, you're not gettin that gem. Besides, it ain't even here."
"So it's at that other cat's house? I'll pay her a visit right quick then."
"It ain't there either. I hid the damned thing, so just...go away. Shoo."
He approached her, his eyes slowly starting to glow a fiery red-orange. "Well...I'm sorry but I can't do that, mate. I want that stone."
"Well you can't have it. Dragon or not, if I have to force you to leave, I will."
"You want a fight? Right. Lets do this then."
Koopa growled angrily, but backed away at the same time, as the man forms a fire ball in each hand.
Eyeing the flames, she stopped backing away and got into a defence postion. "oh...this should be easy."
