I think its crap, DX; it makes band directors lazy. Why? They can sit back while their students use the computer---since when the f*** does that develop dedication and PASSION? and RESPECT for the director. In my opinion directors who use this are crappy ones then, if i told mr. a about this he'd get offended XDD [woah i think i'm a bit to ROAR about inthechair]
its also crud for teachers too, fine, we don't need teachers we have the internet that can help us--YEAH RIGHT! the teacher is right there with you, he/she can give you exercises, ways to perfect things what leads in, how smooth, etc...gosh, it just helps with dynamics tuning and tempo on that site. He/she can talk to you--you can link with them, the internet nooo way
and young musicians, tch, they will get lazy, they will not develop good style nor musicality -______-;

omg its so freaky, margaret and I, our college plan was the same--mines is a tad bit different, its try out for juilliard, if I don't get in dammit, I'll go to USC or cal state ful [or scripps], then after college try out again smile

then yesterday I found out that she was gonna do the CYSO competition too eek eek this is a tad bit scary XDD!
rawr I was reading about CYSO...then for no reason on wikipedia I typed it....and it actually had information on it eek and wikipedia doesn't even have info on sharon kam! O__________O dood they won a competition in VIENNA O.0!! and are apparently one of teh best youth symphonies in the world eek damn me and my location, I'm all teh way in DB, CA while the california youth symphony is all the way up in san fransisco scream scream my parents would never drive six hours for a two hour rehearsal gonk
