Yeah I have this same glitch too.
I know some people are after the daily for it so I'm quoting the OP so she might add this to her first message.
This nice Gaian posts this in a thread I frequently haunt. You can get your daily stamp there for the Runway. It's a legal work around that the admins. themselves gave out the first time the Runway had a issue and they've left it working since.
