tmrw is my last freakin' shift for adult wards and i'm so stoked. i've had to wake up at 530am pretty much everyday for the past few weeks and i'm so done lol. tired of my attendings giving me advice and when i put their advice to practice they give me crap for doin' the wrong thing lolllll.

for example (cuz im petty):
today there was this pt that had shortness of breath, radiologist said based on xray she had pneumonia. me, being the good student, i ask my superiors what should our next steps be.
superior #1: "def antibiotics"
superior #2 (who is higher than superior #1: "def antibiotics"
at our sign out meeting i say: "def antibiotics"
and everyone says nooooooooooooooo, she has no fever/she's satting well without oxygen on room air/no white count, we can wait.
