I had a really weird dream last night, that felt like a mishmash of my day.

It started in what must have been the equivalent of my room, and resembled my old bedroom, in the placement of my door, though not much else. It was like I came home and took a nap, but woke up from something rustling? It was like a roach was in the room, and I tried to find it. The blinds and curtains were all open then, so I wondered if someone had been cleaning in there, and put them up? The scene was of the backyard now, from my sister's room in the back?

It was getting dark and I closed my windows, then came to the front room. It was no room I can connect to any place in the waking world, but it resembled my uncle's house, the one we stayed in while they tore our house down. If anything, it reminded me of my old front room now, with the mantle and shelves above it? It was like cousin Frances came to visit, and my mom and dad and sisters were in there already.

The dream shifts to somewhere else, in a place that I can only assume is the equivalent of Albertsons and Kmart AND this upper level area in San Jacinto mall, with its painted brick walls and stairways. There was an area for groceries, and to the left, a stairway that lead down to more groceries, all with that same painted red brick around. The lighting was low there, but the best part were these panels on the floor.

Yesterday, at the casino, there were carpeted areas where it was so soft, it sunk under your feet. In my dream, this became those panels on the floor, where you could fly/jump all down the walkway. I remember dodging other customers and being agitated, because I just wanted to keep floating for those few seconds. then, there was an area, where there was some larger than life monster down there, and it must have been bug related, courtesy of some cartoon I had watched before. I just barely dodged the monster, then got away from that area. I remember seeing at least two stairways in that area, before I found my way away from there.

The next part of my dream feels like it involved shopping somewhere, but afterwards, we were home again? or possibly still at the store, but it felt like home? My parents were there too, with my mom looking over something. There was also a part of the house, that reminded me of a house I haven't seen in years, from when we were little and went to a birthday party. We sat on the side porch there, and ate hot dogs.

I want to say that there was more to this dream, especially in the store part, but I don't remember anymore. Still, it was very trippy and I wanted to put it down before I forgot.
