So I was at work today and this lil girl (she looked like she was in her pre-teens).. anyways, she told her mom that she wanted to work where I work.. and I just looked at her and was thinking "she wouldn't last a week working here.." UNLESS, she doesn't mind all the rude customers I have to deal with every single day!

Just like today, I had a very rude lady and she was threatening me and saying how rude I was to her.. but in reality, she was being the rude one and I had other customers as my witnesses to prove it! She said she's going to report me to customer service and I told her "go ahead". She wanted my first and last name but I said I don't have to give you my last name. And she said I was just being rude. How's THAT being rude?!

Stupid lady!

She wanted to get another shopping bag but I told her that it's one per customer.

She didn't get it and started to threaten me.

Raising her voice at me.. just so I could be one of those people who just do whatever the customer tells them to do.. NOPE.. I'm not going to be one of those people!

One of the managers I was working with also told that lady that I'm one of the sweetest and friendliest managers working here.. that location anyways.. but she didn't believe her and told her that she was still going to report me. But what she doesn't know is that I'm going to report her a** as well! How rude she was towards me and how she didn't had to raise her voice towards me.

Yes.. working in retail is NOT a walk in the park.. especially if you're dealing with stupid a** customers who don't know s**t! They hear me.. but don't want to hear everything I'm telling them. All they hear is WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR.. those s**t heads!

Okay, okay.. I'm done venting.
