 Victor Mad Dog Grant
Victor pulled his black hood up as he entered the lobby of Stark Tower, finding an isolated spot to sit for a minute as he worked. Pulling the disposable flip phone out of his jacket pocket, he punched in the number to one of his few friends and ex-comrades. Typing as quickly as he could on the cheap piece of tech, Vic sent a small message telling Rogers that he was in the lobby of the building he currently was in and needed his help.
Part of the text was truthful since he has been running from the government who ordered him to commit the crimes he is being charged with, but he was really in no true need of help at the moment. Just getting his current mission started is all he needed.
