What's up? Ok, well these are just some thoughts that ran through my head today and things my brother told me. And my brother is smart. I'm not just saying that because he's my brother I'm saying it because it's true. He has a degree and something medical-ish but I can't think of the word... It's kinda like pyschiatrist, but they can't give out prescriptions. But anyway, my brother knows what he's talking about.
Ok, well I hate it when people try to shove there religion down your throat. Like I'm a Christian, and that's how I believe. If someone else isn't a Christian, it doesn't bother me until they start making fun of it, then I ask them kindly to stop or I walk away or something. And I'm not saying all non-Christians do that, heavens no, I'm just saying that some people do. I also hate it when they try to shove it in your face. Like if they say something, and you try to defend yourself and they're all like, "Aren't you a Christian? If so, you should be acting like that." I don't think God would like it if you just sat there and take crap from people. And no, I don't mean punching them or whatever, unless they hit you first. But my point is I believe the way I do, you believe the way you do. Don't try to change me and I won't try to change you. I'm not gonna go and say "Oh well you don't believe in God so you're a bad person and yadda yadda ya." or be all like "You shouldn't be an atheist or Buddhist, etc." If you ask me about my religion, I'll tell you about it. That's that.
Now for my brother's word of advice. The italic parts are the parts I'm guessing at, my brother didn't say it.
My brother said that today's gothic's and the gothic's of when he was in high school habe changed drastically. When he was in high school, (ten years ago he was a freshman, so yeah) gothics wore everything black. Hair (ALL hair, if you get what I mean), they wore black shirts, black pants, black skirts, black socks, black shoes, black underwear, black make-up, etc. Everything was black. No little leaks of color anywhere, unless their hair was starting to grow out. They did drugs and alcohol, they went to raves, probably had more sex in a week then normal people would experience in life, each time a different person, and they worshipped Satan. Not the crap that a lot of teenagers do today where they claim it but don't act on it, actually worshipped him. Like drank goats blood and all that stuff. Gothics from back then would probably look at some of today's gothics in shame. Most of today's gothics are more "Freaks" than actual goths. I'm not saying that they shouldn't call themselves gothic, they can call themselves whatever the crap they want too. I don't really care. These are just words of wisdom (well, not really wisdom. more or less just a fyi sort of thing) from my brother.
But this was just on my mind today, so yeah. Just thought I'd say it. So yeah. Whatever.
