Journal Of No Return
Ah just randomness...About my day...Etc...
Been about week now since I have last wrote. Have been trying to get my apt clean. Got help with the living room Saturday. My mom's roommate came over and helped. I owe it to him, and that will come soon enough with a yummy supper(soup, and a new recipe!). Organization ain't one of my strong suits but it works. I got some of that done too(yesterday evening before I went to my mom's house to watch the Broncos kick butt). I worked on my cupboards a little, so some of the clutter that was in there, is gone(I threw out some things and I gave some stuff to my mom-well worth it). I just have a little more of it to work out before I have enough room to put away the stuff that still remains on the kitchen table and on the counters(not too much on the counters, but plenty on the kitchen table). My mom's roommate is right on one thing though. That I am not real good with de-cluttering when I do clean. I have been suspecting that ADHD is somewhat the culprit. I have noticed a lot about myself. One being that I easily get distracted. Like when I was cleaning, I was working on one thing and then noticed that something else needed to be done, so I would end up working on that one other thing and then forget that I still had the other task to do. Normal people would be like get one thing done and then get the other thing they noticed, finished. I guess I'm not programmed that way or some. I dunno. I just know that it's become even more noticeable to not just me but to my mom's roommate, as well. I think I shall bring this up to my shrink when I see her. If she is still there. I hope so. Anyhoo's...With all that being said, I had a great deal of distraction last week, so I couldn't make it to this journal to log in what's going on or just say a basic hi and bye.

My daughter's doing well. She's such a sweetie. Me and her went on a walk down the block and back up to my mom's house last Saturday. She loved it! Of course, when it comes to me and her going on a walk, she loves it. She didn't like her vest, so I just left it off and told her while on the walk that I wouldn't put her in it again. I told her that until I had her service animal vest specified for my disability, then I wouldn't put her in any kind of restraint. I told her collar and lead only, and she looked up at me and her eyes went from sad to happy in 30 seconds. Good kid. Love the way she is. I wouldn't trade her for any other kid in the world. Honestly. She's well behaved and when told a command on the lead or while off lead and either in or out of her grandma's house, she listens. She doesn't have to be told twice. I brought her up well. I know I adopted her at 3 and she's 10 now, but I brought her up and raised her well. She respects her elders, and she's always gentle and kind. She's got a wonderful heart and a great personality. She protects me, and I protect her. heart

I'm thinking about getting serious with the RPG on here again. Seems that I miss playing it, and I remember that I enjoyed playing it, even if I got KO'd a lot. I didn't care, it was all in good fun. So I will start that one back up soon. I am also seriously thinking about hoarding gold on here for Alchemy sake. I have been working on the Alchemy recipes, but I had to stop last week after I ran quite low on gold. So I will work on the gold bit for awhile. I am thinking about doing more puzzles, and even playing more of the Blackjack game on here as well. Hey, even I might play Word Bump too. I like those games. Very stimulating for the mind.

Well, the leaves on the trees are quite beautiful now. They are finally falling off the trees. Even the slightest breeze causes them to fall down. It's wonderful. It's still not cold enough to keep the windows closed full time. I always leave the windows open, even at night. When the temperature goes below 35 degrees, then I close both sides of the living room window, leave the one in the bedroom open, leave the fan going in the bedroom, and turn the heat to 70 degrees. Nice and toasty. I end up overheating and have to turn the heat off the next day, but it's worth it. From what I have heard recently is that the winter here is going to be a bad one. Yea, I see that, coming from my point of view. There haven't been any twisters this year, and only one or two tornado warnings. So I am guessing that there are going to be some severe winter storms coming this winter. I am ready for them. I am actually looking forward to it. We got a lot of rain during the summer and fall months so far, so I am guessing we might get at least 10 major winter storms. That's my personalized guess. If not, that's alright. We shall see.
