Shenanigans and Hoopla I'm not really sure what's going to be put into this journal. I'm not even sure if I'll actively post in it. It's a surprise around every corner!

Write About a Rendezvous
I received the letter exactly two weeks ago.
"Meet me at the garden where everything began."
There was no name but I knew who it was from. There was always only one person it was going to be, and now they were coming back for me. I remember the day quite vividly. The day my life changed forever. I was an innocent bystander to the most shocking and horrific event I had ever seen. I'd be willing to bet I'd never see anything like it again. The blood, and the gore was everywhere. That wasn't the worst part though. No, the worst part was the audience. They were glued to the event like a moth to a flame, all watching in awe at the speculation. We were all standing amongst the most beautiful flowers you would ever see. Bright, vivid colors surrounded us, but I think I was the only one who noticed them. Finally I had to walk away from the graphic scene. The memory of that day however haunted me until this very moment, a week after receiving an anonymous letter. So now here I was, walking up a path, surrounded by bright, vivid flowers. Even in the middle of the night you could see their beauty.
I heard something behind me but didn't have to turn around to know who it was. The rabid, snarling started and I stood perfectly still. I was all too aware of what his beast would do if I even thought about turning around to look at them. Instead I stared straight a head, even as I felt the sniffing of an animal at my ankles, and the hot breath that hit the back of my neck like a blast from a sauna. Then just as quick as they came, they were gone again. I let the breath I didn't even know I was holding go and I turned around. Sitting on a nearby bench was a package. I walked up to it and saw that it had my name on it. I smiled as I picked it up. this was the ticket to my freedom I had been waiting for, for far too long. I tucked the package into my bag and one last time made my way past those vibrant flowers and left that cursed garden forever.
