Name: Alucard Ere Casanova
Age: 537 year old immortal.
Race: Half Vampire, Half Demon.
Abilities/Limitations: Being only half-vampire Alucard does not suffer all the weaknesses of the pureblood. Sunlight will irritate him at first and cause severe pain over time, but the burns will not be permanent. Drinking blood will still heal his injuries. Silver will cause serious damage to whatever part of him the silver touches it, but the damage will not spread through his body as it does in pureblood vampires. Holy water burns Alucard twice as bad due to his other half being demonic. His demonic heritage compensates for what Alucard would otherwise lack in speed and strength, however he also does not have most of abilities demons have. No wings, no interdimensional/interplaner travel, and the seductive abilities inherited from his mother are limited.
Personality: Alucard tends to be secluded at first, but quickly develops a bond with those who help him in battle. His distant nature is due to his age and race. Since he will live forever he will suffer the loss of every mortal friend he makes. In spite of his seemingly anti-social, grim, and often cold nature, Alucard is a friendly and romantic type who opens up easiest to kind, polite, and especially obedient women.
Bio: Alucard's father was a pureblood vampire disguised as the wealthy lord of a small town. Even his mother, a succubus, was deceived and believed his father to be human at first. His parents did not stay together after he was born so Alucard was raised mostly by his father with his mother dropping in to visit on special occasions. During her short visits his mother taught him to care about humans, who his father wanted him to treat as food. His father's greatest contribution to Alucard's education was the ability to defend himself physically using a sword and magically through dark arts including shapeshifting into a bat, wolf, or mist.
Alucard was popular in the small town until he chose to stop socializing. He had not aged much and the town had noticed, while all of Alucard's first friends died at old age he still appeared to be a boy himself. He considered staying indoors and taking his father's place as lord of the small town, but had no desire to lock himself away during the day to feed on the descendants of his childhood friends at night as his father would.
Inevitably Alucard had to leave home. At one hundred years of age he snuck away in the night with as much wealth as his horses could carry. He bought a mansion out in the country and spent four hundred years setting it up just as he wanted. The home is filled with decorations from the 15th century, secret rooms are filled with various forms of currency from all over the world, but the only resident is Alucard Ere Casanova.
Now Alucard searches for someone to add some life to his lonely little castle-like home.
