RP example: Born in Dallas, Texas, Victor was raised to be respectful and open minded. Other than only having his mom raise him, Victor had the normal childhood and adolescence,but it all changed when his mother passed away. He's father, whom left him when he was 5, returned upon receiving the news. He claimed that he was in Spec Ops for the past thirteen years and protecting the country was far more important.
At first, Victor was hesitant to accept his father, but after getting to know him, he comes to peace with the fact of his absence. After becoming close with his dad and hearing all his stories, Victor wanted to resort to being in the armed forces instead of a doctor in his small town. Although he did promise his mother, when she was alive, that he would get a degree and go to medical school, Victor got his basics at the University of Texas in three years (spent a summer doing classes). Now, at the age of 21, he has started the process of becoming a Marine and doing his country a service.
