A few weeks ago, I donated something that I don't remember, but it wasn't that expensive. 10 seconds later, I received a message. "Yay! They are thanking me!" I thought, but I was completely wrong. This person just wanted to say how horrible my donation was. "Did little princess not get what she wants? Buy something yourself." I replied. Are people that whiny about what they get from Dumpster Diving? I get a lot of unwanted things, yet I thank the people for donating. Besides, there aren't any rules that state that you can't donate cheap things. Some people are being so whiny and lazy. BUY THE ITEM THAT YOU WANT YOURSELF, YOU HOBO! If you don't have that much gold, there are a lot of ways that you can get gold! I can list some for you right here
posting on people's profiles
browsing the Gaia site
ZOMG
Picking up bugs/flowers/paper and selling them at a reasonable price
posting on forums
commenting on pictures in the art arena
selling your old, unwanted things
Don't whine about how you don't have that much gold. Don't take it out on the Dumpster Diving people. Get a life and find gold yourself.
By the way, I changed my settings, so that the person won't know who donated something.
For people who want to know, here are the steps:
My Gaia ------------->Account Settings --------------->Feature Options -------------> Dumpster Dive
If you don't want to be shown as the previous owner, uncheck that little box. Whiny people won't bug you. :p
