She's very cocky with her talents and won't hesitate to try and show you up in a challenge. She's brash and outspoken to newcomers and strangers. But with her love instrest she'll stumble over nothing and trip over her own feet in embarrassment. But don't let her easy going additude fool you, when she's angry she'll let you know about it, usually by glaring and stomping her hoof at you. If you've pissed her off enough she might whip up a tornado around you to get a good laugh.

Her talent is her wing power and speed! She uses it to help bring water up to cloudesdale but can also make small tornado's.
[ Bio ]
When silver was a filly she lived in the posh place of canterlot with her parents, they were the weather duo who helped clear the skies and bring clouds when needed. Silver was far from being stuck up and fancy like the other younger fillies and felt she didn't fit in at all with them. So after growing up somewhat as a loner she ventured out for the first time without telling her parents, she couldn't fly very well because her wings were underdeveloped so she had to walk. And after coming a long ways she saw something amazing! It was a giant tornado! It was bigger then a house and in it where hundreds of pegasi, which amazed the little pony to know ends. She saw the water being carried up and just how beautiful the tornado looked. She then decided she would join these other pegasi and be the best one out of them all!
And like that her cutie mark appeared, a silver tornado right on her flank. After that she trained and trained her wings. Doing wing up's and stretching them, flapping as hard as she could to hover in the air and see how long she could keep it up and just keep trying till her wings were sore. Sometimes she had to visit the doctor because she'd over work them, but she still wouldn't stop till she could fly as fast as those other pegasi she saw on that day. When she became old enough to leave on her own she did, telling her parents she will be the very best. After traveling for quite sometime, helping ponies with animal round up's and random weather forecasts she found herself in a mechanical ponies workshop. He boasted about how he could increase her wing power and she took it, because to her this would be a small price to pay so long as she's the best. And wow did he do a good job, with her wings newly remodeled she was ready to fly to her highest! She moved to manehatten to help with their weather problems and stayed there ever since, trying her hardest not to visit ponyville TOO much to see vanilla breeze... ;;

She has an adorable white cockatoo named mary and she loved to coo and whistle with her.
