If you really wanna catch an elephant, you'll need: a jar with a tight lid; a blackboard and some chalk; a telescope; and a jungle full of elephants, of course!
First, to take the chalkboard and write 2+2=5 on it, then set it in the middle of the jungle full of elephants. Then, you hide in the bushes and wait. In no time at all, all the elephants who come round will fall over laughing at the idiot who made the mistake. Next, you look at the elephants through the telescope...backwards. Since they are now really small, and distracted by their laughter, it'll be easy for you to simply pick them up and seal them in the jar!
