Chapter Three: Maka's Big Day
"Soul-Kun are you ready? Kid asked Soul waiting for a reply. "Yeah Yeah it is my mister's 15th birthday party after all why would i miss it?" Soul Replied. Well for the past two weeks you have been complaining that the party was "uncool" and that you didn't want to go.Kid Said "Well that was two weeks ago this is now stop bringing up old stuff now let's go". Soul was in a hurry to go but not really for the party just for the food.
Kid and Soul walked to Maka's house hearing laughter from outside the door. "Well ring the doorbell!" Kid said pushing Soul up to the door. He slowly pushed the doorbell waiting for someone to come to the door. The door opened. Maka's eyes widened, she was surprised to see Soul standing at the door "S-Soul hey! "How have you been? "She asked happily. "Well i've been better" Soul Said opening his arms offering Maka a hug. She quickly hugged Soul. "-Cough- Still flat chested i see. Soul mumbled. Maka stepped back. "SOULL YOU IDIOT!"! She yelled punching Soul in the face. "OW"! He yelled as he tumbled in the front yard "Not cool Maka" He mumbled "Well that's what you get for making stupid comments" She replied. Now are you going to sit there or are you going to come inside and enjoy the party?" Maka asked Soul and kid walked in seeing everyone from the academy including Lord Death.
"D-Dad? What are you doing here? "Kid Asked" "Well son i wasn't going to miss my favorite mister's big 15th "Lord Death answered "YAHOOOOOOO LOOK WHO HAS ARRIVED IT'S SOUL!!! THE MIGHTY BLACK STAR IS NOW GOING TO GO TALK TO HIM. "Black Star announced" "Black Star is it really necessary to announce everything that you do?" Tsubaki Asked. "YES IT IS"! Black Star yelled. Black Star walked over to Soul and began to talk to him. "U-Uh K-Kid i-is that y-you"? Crona Said quietly. Kid slowly turned around seeing Crona behind him. WHY ARE YOU STILL NOT SYMMETRICAL?!" He Yelled pulling his hair. " I-I'm s-sorry i-i don't k-know h-how to d-deal w-with th-this!! Crona Said running off.
After three hours of Crona running and saying he doesn't know how to deal with things and Black Star yelling YAHOO and jumping on things, Maka got fed up and asked everyone to leave.
Soul and Kid walk home "Wow that was some party huh Kid? Soul asked "Uh Huh it was. I'm going to go change now k? Kid told Soul. "Ok." Soul replied. "Hmmm Soul thinks maybe just maybe i can get one kiss from him" Soul thinks. Soul knocks on Kid's door asking if he con come in. He sits on Kid's bed waiting for him to come out of the bathroom. When Kid came back Soul immediately asked him to come sit. Kid can i ask you something? Soul whispered. "Sure go ahead" Kid Said
"Did you ever like anyone at the academy"? Soul asked. Kid panicked not knowing what to say so he lied "No" He said, "Oh" Soul said with disappointment. Did you like any one Soul?" Kid asked. "Huh oh no relationships are uncool" He said. Kid and Soul felt really bad for lying, not knowing that the person that they truly liked was sitting right in front of them
