Part V A
Scene I
As Seras passed through the doorway to the roof top, she came across of what happened to be the helicopter patio of the building with white concrete flooring and metal railings on the sides of the patio, to make sure no one falls off. When Seras gazed to the right side of the patio, she noticed the bridge that connects both of the buildings, and in there was her three comrades. Then walked forward as she eyed back to what was in front of her, and noticed a manly figure, standing in front of her as the figure was gazing at the horizon, for the sun was setting and cumulous clouds flowed above them. The manly figure turned around as his steel eyes gazed at Seras whom stood behind him, “So nice of you to come, Seras.” “Your game is up Walter! Once the bomb is set off, the whole entire city will explode along with you and your damn minions!” Seras snarled as she growled demonically at Walter, whom held Clarabell’s sniper in his hands.
Walter then smirked maliciously as he held the sniper up appearing to be aiming towards Seras, “I wouldn’t be so sure of it my dear, for you see, it might as well blow up you and your friends to as so.” At the last minute, he turned to where the bridge was and shot the trigger where it appeared to be where Luka was. “Say goodbye to precious Luka, one way or another, the world is going to be mine!” Seras, frantic ran to where the bridge view was to see if Luka was really alright as well as her comrades.
As the three comrades were running inside the bridge, Luka’s radar fell to the ground and smashed in half. As Luka was placing it together, she heard a bullet being shot off from the distance at her right and looked to see where it was coming from. Nemesis, which noticed the bullet that was shot from the first building, was quickly soaring, and when he noticed the trigger point, it was aiming for Luka’s skull. Nemesis came quickly rushing towards her as the bullet came closer and closer to where she was standing. “Luka, watch out!” Nemesis yelled out as he was about five inches away from where Luka was standing and pushed her about ten feet from Nemesis, causing her to bump into Leon. “Hey! What the…?” Leon exclaimed as he fell on his front with Luka sitting on top of him. “The least you can do is watch where you are going!” Leon blabbered as he scowled at Luka, whom was completely unaware of the situation.
Then Leon slowly looked to where Nemesis was, whom was laying on the ground, lifeless, “Nemesis…” Leon expressed blankly as he was in disbelief of what he was seeing. Luka then looked to were Leon was staring at and noticed Nemesis’s body lying in a pool of blood with a bullet stuck right through his temple, with some of his brain tissue visible to where Luka was sitting at. “Nemesis…Nemesis!” Luka came rushing to where Nemesis laid as she yelped from the distance. Luka then shook Nemesis body desperately as tears came out of her eyes, “Nemesis! Wake up Nemesis! Please, please…please!” Leon walked to where Luka was sitting there crying before the lifeless body, and Leon went to check his pulse. “He’s dead. He was dead the moment that he was shot.” Leon said calmly as he tried to hide the tears from his eyes. Then Leon picked up Luka from the floor as he struggled for a little bit as she was wailing heartbreakingly, “No! Nemesis! No!” Soon Leon and Luka exited out of the bridge as Leon carried the broken Luka to the second building.
Walter then glared smirking at Seras as he spoke out, “So Seras, how does it feel to lose a loved one for a change?” Seras then stared down at the ground as she painstakingly hid her face from him as she bellowed, “My hands…they feel numb, my heart feels…shattered…, my face…feels watery…, and my eyes…they are burning! Why…?” Walter smirked for a moment as he felt like he was in victory, but then his expression of happiness disappeared knowing that Seras was infuriated with his actions. Seras then growled as she was consumed by rage, “Can I share feelings too? Am I just the same as an average human being even though I appear different? Why! You bloody b*****d! How dare you hurt my friends! This is unforgivable! It shall be the end of you! Mark my words! I’ll end your life here and now, I’ll place the bloody stake in your heart for the cruelness that you inflicted upon every living being here, and send you to hell!” Walter then smiled with a grimace on his face, “Is that so? In that case let the final battle begin, a fight to the death!”
Scene II
As Leon exited out from the other side of the bridge with Luka in his arms, Luka continued weeping in despair of the loss of Nemesis. “Why? Why him and not me? Out of all people…why him and not me? It should have been me and not him! Why?” Luka wailed hysterically as Leon placed her on the marble tile floor as she laid against the blue wall adjacent to the door way. Leon then kneels before her as he rubbed his hand against her shoulder, trying to calm her down, “There, there, there…it’s alright Luka…it’s not your fault, it just happened so suddenly that no one knew what was really going on at the time and there was nothing that you or I can really do about it. All we can do right now is protect each other from any further harm from coming in our way and prevent future deaths from happening.”
Luka then nodded silently as she wept quietly to herself in pain as she covered her face from the world. Then Leon then got up from the floor and then said to her, “Well, we have to get going now Luka, we can weep later about all that has happened. But right now we have to get ourselves out of here before Raccoon City blows up along with you and me in it!” Luka then got up from the floor as she wiped the watery showers from her glistening eyes with her right arm, while her left arm held tightly on to her back pack that contained all of her items in there as she spoke with a hoarse throat, “But what am I supposed to do? I can’t help anybody or any one at the matter!” “Well there is something that you can do actually!” Leon encouraged her as he walked to the stairwell as he raised his arms up in the air.
Luka then looked to where Leon was as she gazed at him with sorrowful eyes, “What! What can I do? I’m worthless compared to most of the group members that risked their lives to protect me!” “You’re not worthless, alright! Never say that you are worthless!” Leon scowled in pain as his eyes glared at Luka deeply. Luka then then blushes in embarrassment for what she said and quietly gazed at the ground shamefully as bubbly tears have left her eyes. “If you are desperate into proving yourself that you are a lot more than what most people think of you, help me get out of this place.” Leon sighed as he looked at Luka as she remained silent for about a minute or so as she continued to gaze at the floor. Then when Luka heard the words move out of his lips, then raised her head up and looked at him in relief, as if she gained more confidence in herself or something, “Really? You really mean it…?” Leon nodded as he smiled cheerfully at her, “Sure, why not? I’m poor with directions anyways, which is why you made me that radar right in the first place!”
Luka then gazed at Leon in excitement as Luka rushed to him and grabbed his left hand as she dragged Leon to the stairwell, “Alright then let’s go!” Leon, as he followed her down the stairwell, whispered silently to himself, “That’s right, that’s the Luka that I know.” The whisper was so low that Luka did not seem to notice so Luka continued to run through the stairwell desperately as she was clinging on to Leon, dragging him down the stairwell. Minutes later, the two reached from the fifteenth floor of the second building to the second floor of the second building. By the time the two reached to the first floor, Leon then halted Luka for a quick second as he said to her, “Wait right here! Build yourself a weapon in the meantime, there’s a lot of demonic creatures in this area, not to mention Sirse is lurking somewhere in there!” “Wait what do you mean by that? What’s going on?” Luka looked at Leon confusingly, unsure of where Leon was really trying to do here.
Suddenly a womanly shadow like figure appeared from the corner where Leon is facing as Leon froze as the figure came closer to where he was standing. “Hello Leon, were finally alone at last!” Sirse voice was spoken out as she appeared from the shadows while she was glaring at him, not noticing that Luka was present. “What do you want Sirse!” Leon shouted as he scowled at her as he clutched his fists tightly. “I just wanted to settle the score with you! But I think that a monster fighting and average human being is quite unfair don’t you think?” Sirse explained manipulatively as she snapped her fingers with her right hand as she rose it up in the air. Leon then looked at around to see what exactly did she summon, but when he touched his left jaw, it was completely bone. Then when he went to touch his face, it was completely normal. Then looked down at his stomach and notice a hole in there as well as boned wings.
Leon then looked at Sirse with a scowl on his face as he shouted at her, “What did you do to me!” Sirse then glared lustfully at Leon as she circled around him, “Well you see you remember five or six years ago when I tried to kill you off?” “Yea, what about it?” Leon asked as his voice growled demonically in anger as his eyes followed Sirse. “Yea, before beloved Gearhart pushed me off the cliff as I was supposedly falling to my doom. I sort of ‘slipped’ the Necro Series substance inside your arm which you thought it was a tranquilizer dart from the dart gun that I held in my hand.” “You’ve what! You turned me into an experiment while I was completely unaware of it!” Leon bellowed at he became more infuriated by Sirse’s speech. “Yep, how do you think is it you can tell the exact amount of sleep the person has left before they wake up? Or survive Arrachnus’s attack for a long period of time, especially from his poisonous venom that was in front legs, which to a regular human it purely fatal? Or telling if the body is dead for certain? Unlike the rest of the sacraments, you can change you form and have the appearance of a human just by the snap of a finger in your command or any of the sacraments, very similar to Seras’s ability to make herself look like a human, but with different ways to do it. Unlike the rest of the Walter’s elite experiments, you and Seras are the only two that can change you state of being, you can either look like a human or a monster.” Sirse explained as she paced herself around the room as she swung her sword around.
“But now that you know…I guess we can fight now! Prepare to die!” Sirse shouted as she pulled out her sword from its case she held on to it tightly, standing her ground. Leon reached for his back as he pulled out his gun blade, which now had a silver skull at the bottom of the handle with a red jagged blade with a black crease in the middle, as he stood his ground, for the death battle between him and Sirse has finally begun.
Scene III
Seras and Walter finally stuck upon the death battle between each other, giving Walter the first draw with his pipe in his right hand as he swung it in the air, aiming for Seras. Seras then quickly dodges as his pipe tries to hit her with her swift reflexes, then curves her leg to his side and causes him to fall down to the ground. “Now, to finish you off!” Seras exclaims as her left arm shape shifts from a bat wing to deadly spikes as it was aiming for Walter. Walter scrams away from the deadly spikes as he tries to run away from it. But then Seras levitates the steel pipe of which Walter dropped on the floor as he was running away from the spikes and brings it over to where Walter was running to. Walter, as he continued to run away from the deadly spikes failed to notice the pipe hanging in front of him horizontally, causing him to trip over the pipe and lied down flat on the concrete floor. As Walter got up from the ground from the hard floor and turned over as he was in the sitting position to see what was behind him, the deadly spikes came rushing towards him and impaled his body from head to toe.
Seras then gazed at the frozen body as she slowly removed the deadly spikes from his body as it laid dead on the ground with a puddle of blood surrounding it with gore showing from the sides. The deadly spikes slowly slithered back as the body stood frozen there as Seras gazed at it uncertainly at it, as if she had a hunch believing that he was not really dead yet. “You’re not dead yet, are you? It’s seems all too simple…” Seras spoke in a calm tone as she stared at the body as she was holding her ground with her red glowing eyes shimmering. “Right you are little girl! It does seem all too simple once you think about it. You are truly the Ultimate Weapon after all!” Walter mouth moved as he regenerated on the spot where he was laying as the blood on the floor slowly disappeared, and his skin slowly turning black.
Walter then slowly risen up from the ground as red horns appeared from the top of his head, as his eyes glowed red, and his form became slightly larger, making him have the appearance of a monster with large bat wings. Seras gazed at the monster calmly as she noticed the sky turn red and creatures and zombies appeared from the shadows that appeared from the corners of the helicopter patio. “So Seras, now you see my true form, are you still willing to join my army? All of this is yours to own, you can own the whole world if you wish.” Walter bellowed as he gazed at Seras whom stared silently at the creature. “No. I refuse to.” Seras replied as she stared calmly at the beast. “I see. That is your wish. You see Seras, I’ve created so many experiments that I could only use as vessels, but you, you my dear are beyond compare. Your abilities are far superior than any creature I’ve seen, you and I are, evenly match in strength and in power, as well as ability wise. You and I are both the same. That is how both you and I were both created.” Walter spoke with a deep growl in his voice as he looked down upon Seras. “Enough of your blabbering! You and I are not the same! You were granted you strength upon your own greed in world domination! I was experimented involuntarily and was granted these powers against my will, I had lost so many people because you own doing based on the seven sins! But now that I see it all come together, I was probably granted these powers to seek salvation to all beings out of selflessness, not greed! To save all mankind from your zombie world domination, that is my goal. That is my purpose.” Seras growled demonically at the beast the beast as she took a step forward and glared at it.
Walter then sighed frustratingly as he gazed down at Seras, whom was not convinced by his manipulation, “I see, so you still convinced by my expertise, only a true monster would defy its master…” Seras then stared at the monster out of bravery as she looked at him calmly, “The only monster I see is you!” Walter then grabbed a long metal stake and tossed it at her with his mere right hand, which now had claws instead of nails, “Then, you shall die!” The stake was aimed at Seras and as it fell to the ground, it impaled Seras in the stomach, causing her to fall to the ground with droplets of blood surrounding the stake and blood dribbling from her mouth. Slowly, Seras raised her right arm as she was trying to grab the stake before her. Walter looked at her in disbelief, as if that should have been her final moment, then her turned his attention to the zombies and commanded them in precision, “What are you waiting for! Kill her!” The zombies and creatures nodded at their master as they turned to Seras and slowly marched to her. Seras removed the stake from her stomach and threw it to the side lines, away from where Walter can reach it. She then got up from the ground as she quickly regenerated her wound right before their eyes as the blood from the stake was seeping away from it and was absorbed into her stomach and opening wound within.
Walter, now looking at her in complete astonishment as his eyes where bulging out of his skull, “H…How…? It can’t be, T…That’s…impossible!” “You made me that way, remember?” Seras smiled widely as she said naturally, seeing that the wound on her stomach completely vanish before them as if it was not there in the first place. “I don’t know Walter, but I’m beginning to think that even though you about as strong as I, I think you have a weak point besides your human form if I am not mistaken!” Walter stared down at her silently with shock and fear of what she was going to do next. “And I am going to find out what it is right now!” Seras smirked cheerfully as she noticed that the zombies and demonic creatures where right behind her. “Attack!” Walter shrieked at the creatures whom stood behind Seras.
Seras then slowly turned around towards where the monsters were at as her bat wing shape shifted into slithering spikes and targeted at the amazing horde of creatures, like what she did in the sewer. Numerous amounts of blood spurted everywhere on the top of the building with bits of gore seeping everywhere as she impaled all the monsters in both the head and the heart once more. This time, instead of blood being drench on one person like before, it was spurted on both Seras and Walter. Walter was disgusted in not only his zombies defeat, but also the blood that was splashed all over him, like he was in the carnival of carnage. Seras however didn’t really seem to mind as she licked off the blood from her hands, with eyes glowing red and her fangs sharpened. “I forgot, out of all the creatures that I have created, you are the only one that seems to not only enjoy blood, but also the taste of it!” Walter shivered in disgust as he looked away from the scene in disgust of her drinking the zombie’s blood from her right hand which was spilled all over her from head to toe. “True, true, I do enjoy it out of the nature of my instincts, but that’s still not going to convince me to join you!” Seras hissed as she gazed at Walter with her going red eyes stared at him as she licked the last bit of blood from her hand.
Walter growled in fury as none of them realized that one of the creatures was still alive as it was going for her gun, which she dropped at the same place of where she entered from at the sight of seeing Nemesis killed and sat there throughout the whole battle, hoping that he can aim it at her. Seras then slowly turned to her right and noticing that the monster already grabbed her gun as it was aiming at her. Seras then flashed to where the monster was as they both were wrestling for her cannon gun. Walter laughed at both the monster and Seras struggling for custody of the gun, “Ha, ha, ha, foolish creatures you are! Now, time to end this girl’s life!” Walter then grabbed a silver stake in his hand as he aimed for Seras. Seras continued to wrestle for the gun, the monster refused to let go. At the last minute right before Walter had the chance to throw the stake at her, Seras shape shifted the shadow bat wing arm into deadly spikes and impaled the creature in the heart, but at the same time, she accidently pulled the trigger with one of the spikes and it was aimed at Walter’s right arm. When she noticed that bullet was already shot from the cannon, she looked around to see where the bullet was aiming for, she gazed her eyes at Walter and noticed that the bullet was aiming for his right arm, which held a silver stake and it was aiming for her. Then the deadly spikes came slithering in circles around the bullet and aimed straight for his arm. By the time Walter threw the stake, aiming for her, the stake fell to the ground as it missed, and at the same time, both the spikes and the bullet shot off his arm completely as Walter was shrieking in pain.
Seras then stood up off the ground stared at Walter, whom was still shrieking in pain for more than a minute, then she glared at his arm which lied on the ground motionless, noticing that it was not regenerating at all. Then suddenly, ghost children appeared out of nowhere which appeared to be coming from the zombies that laid there dead on the ground and surrounded Seras like a pack of school children huddling to the teacher. “So…this is weak spot, huh?” Seras mumbled to herself, believing that no one can really hear her. “That’s correct miss.” A voice of a little girl spoke out of nowhere. As Seras heard the voice that travelled through her ear, she slowly turned to her right and noticed several little girls and boys wearing kimonos stood right before her. “Who are you?” Seras asked as she stared at the ghostly children that smiled innocently. “We were once children from a private elementary school that came to visit this lab facility. Unfortunately, we did not know what we were in for.” A girl with pigtails wept as she hugged Seras around the waist. “What did he do to you exactly?”Seras looked at the children with concern.
Then one of the other girls with long hair explained in a calm voice, “I don’t remember exactly how it went, but from what I remember, we were playing kagome.” “Kagome?” Seras looked at the children with astonishment, as she could not believe her ears. “Yes, kagome. It’s a Japanese children’s game where all the children gather around in a circle all except for one out of their choosing, that one person has to stay in the middle and close their eyes and guess who is the person behind them, and the person says who’s the person in front of you behind you.” The girl explained as she looked at Seras calmly. “How does this work, exactly?” Seras looked at the children questionably as looked at them blankly. “The person in the middle is supposed to be the caged bird while the other children that surround them are Oni; the person behind them is the Demon king, or the one that backstabs the caged bird in the end. Guess it right, you win. If you get it wrong, you lose.” The girl in the pigtails looked at Seras delightfully as she gazed at her. “I see, so whoever is in the middle is the caged bird? But the real question is what happens when you win or lose?” Seras said thoughtfully as she placed her right hand underneath her chin. A boy that stood in the middle of the two girls responded nervously. “Well the original way, nothing happens when you win or lose. But in there way, if you win, you play again and have the person who is behind you take your place, but if you lose, you get experimented on as a price.”
Seras then looked down upon the children and responded, “So the chanting that I’ve heard from room ‘545’, that was you.” The children nodded silently as Seras then gazed at Walter whom was still in pain by the impact that the wound gave him, but recalling that Walter is the son of an Omni goddess, she then clicked on to an idea. Seras then looked back at the ghostly children as she asked them, “Do you want to play Kagome with me?” Before the others can say anything about it the girl in the pigtails delightfully said, “Sure! But who is going to be the caged bird?” Seras then glared at Walter whom was still shrieking in pain as he cursed under his breath, then glared back at the kids and responded as she nudged her head toward where Walter was floating above, “Him.” “Yay!” The kids squealed out as the jumped up and down from the ground.
“Now here’s the plan…” Seras’s voice turned into a whisper for only the kids to hear. “All of you, can you shape shift yourselves to look identical to me?” Without warning all the kids manipulated the bodies to make theme selves to look identical to that of Seras, which actually astonish her in amazement. “Great now here’s the plot! I’ll dare him to play the game, and more than likely he will accept, and we’ll form a circle and circle around him, and we’ll let him guess who the person behind him is.” “But what happens if he guesses right?” The little girl in the pigtails whispered as she eyed at Seras worryingly, whom also had the appearance of Seras as well as the rest of the children. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure he won’t, deceive him as much as possible and mimic each other’s voices while you’re at it, everyone got it?” Seras whispered to the kids, hoping that all of them got it. The children’s head silently nodded as they looked at Seras cheerfully. “Alright, what are you waiting for, let’s play!” Seras smirked as she exclaimed in a whisper making sure Walter does not hear anything at all. Then Seras and the ghost children, whom cloned themselves to look like Seras, marched to Walter as the one armed monster continued to holler in pain.
