Biography: A former police school boy that joined S.T.A.R.S. about two years after being awarded excellence in his local police department. His two partners in is squad in S.T.A.R.S. D-14 is Clarabell and Luka. On one of their missions, which was to investigate the sewer which was claimed to have occupied strange activity in there, he was lost and separated from both Clarabell and Luka.
Leon’s personality is carefree and easy going; he does not like to listen to his group when it comes to directions, making him the slowest of D-14. He also considerate on peoples points of view and problems, so if a character has some special information that can be useful or if it seems important he will listen you.
On his way to find Clarabell and Luka, he found Seras sitting near the river bank of the sewer; he first saw her as an ordinary human being and started talking to her. However when they were attacked by a hoard full of zombies, his pistol ran out of ammo and his gun-blade was tossed to the side to the point where he cannot reach it without one of the zombies biting him. Then Seras rescues him by changing her left arm from a human arm into a bat wing and formed the wing into formed deadly spikes and killed them effortlessly. He turned around to look to see where the pair of deadly spikes came from; he saw Seras with her left arm in the form of a bat wing and was in deadly freight. As he was about to run away, he then paused for a moment and turned around back to Seras's direction and apologizes for the way he acted and ask her to help him find his comerades.
When Seras and Leon found his comrades, he explained the whole entire situation. When his comrades turned to where Seras's purpose for helping him, she told them that she is a refugee that is willing to fight against Umbrella and is the same with Nemesis, whom which they were also in shock at first until Seras explained the whole scenario. The S.T.A.R.S. D-14 then agreed to help both Seras and Nemesis fight against Umbrella and put an end to Sullivan's Tyranny.
