Is it still friendship when one friend wishes to leave but the other stays.. So in the end that friendship is still there even though it's not wanted.

Everyday someone dies everyday some one pleads for there life to be saved. Everyday someone starts a fire ever day that fire takes a life. In the End everyone s dead but who's there to stop it?
