Now, many people on Gaia Online are American or something else that ain't British! So let me explain: you have schools, we have schools and our schools go like this Nursery (optional), Primary School (Necessary), Secondary School (Necessary), College/Sixth Form (now Necessary) and College (optional). Starting from Primary School through to the end of Sixth Form, we had 'Years' not 'Grades' and it was like this:

Yup, 14 long school years for us scream but hey, I only have another six to go biggrin now, I'm in Year Eight and it isn't that brilliant... My form is 8G (Year 8 Gilbert), there are Five Houses: Brunel, Christie, Gilbert, Singer and Thompson, and they're all named after people who made our part of England special. I have a nice form and tutor and a nice Form Room which we hang out in at 2nd Break and Lunchtime. But here's my story as a Year 8:

I have to get up at 7 in the morning. 50 mins to get ready, a 5 mile drive to my school. I'm usually the first one ready, the others, not... they make me late... I have pancakes for breakfast, pack my bag, get dressed and wash myself and sit and wait... when I get to school, there's usually people waiting in the Form Room. We sit and chat and more people come. Eventually, our Tutor comes and registers us and then it's a game of sit about and chat! at 9 we are let off to our lessons (we have 4 each day). If it's a 8W (second to bottom set for English Maths etc.) then I sit with my friends and chat without the teachers knowing. If it's an 8G3 (the bottom language set) then I sit with the uncool Boys and chat with them instead... on Monday, it's always RE to begin with and you can't really chat there... 1st Break for me is a toilet break and a quick bite to eat. 2nd break, I go to the Form room and eat my Lunch. Lunchtime, I go to one of Science Labs and work on this Podcast with friends which hopefully will go on YouTube one day :3 Right now, the teachers are preparing us for our Year 8 exams... fun... and we get piles of homework! Oh did I mention? I go to a Grammar School, god knows how I got in there! I'm soo dumb! And yeah, that's all that happens... you don't wanna be here in Year 8, nothing happens! Next year (Year 9) should be interesting, but I have to wait until September to move on... for now, it's boredom...
