Bio: When Sheila heard about Solana joining Pokemon Ranger, she decided to join it too. After all, they were childhood friends, but unfortunately, Sheila always got jealous whenever Solana gets awards or praise.
From there, Sheila learned how to control a ranger's stylist/equipment, and after mastering, she fled the ranger team to capture Pokemon on her own and use it for evil. In Hoenn, she helped Team Aqua rule over Team Magma, but later escaped to Sinnoh after hearing about Rayquaza's awakening. From Sinnoh, she helped Team Galactic take control of Dialga, and at Unova, she is currently undergoing training from Team Plasma. Sheila tends to travel a lot, as said, and use cons and disguises to hide her identity.
She is later caught by Solana and Officer Jenny, but isn't turned in.
