The computer I'm currently using is my main computer. I bought from eBay for $50, plus shipping. It's a laptop from 2001 from Dell, and it's the Latitude C610. Here's the specs:

256 MB RAM
10GB HDD
OS: (Didn't come with one, I installed Puppy Linux 5.2) There's a Windows 98 key though.
Pentium III processor
Orincos built-in WiFi card
3Com ethernet jack
1 ION battery
Floppy drive (replaced it with a CD-ROM drive)
A touch-pad, eraser-head mouse AND an old port for old non-USB mice.
1 count it ONE --- USB port.
Then there's headphone and microphones ports
Plus, the built in microphone.

For such an old computer, it seems to come with everything. Including a dial-up soft modem that doesn't work under Linux. The only thing keeping me from fully enjoying zOMG!? The RAM! It's just too little, and I know it'll run better if I had more of it, because my sister has 1GB RAM on a desktop of about the same age, and it's runs so flawlessly.
