Oh how I tried! I really did but I just couldn't.
I got The Last Airbender from Netflix and watched up to the Firenation invasion of the North Pole and turned it off. I should also point out that I didn't watch half it but played with my Twitter feed about updates on Egypt. No character development, Sokka is absolutely worthless, Aang having problems with waterbending because hes too emo.
The only saving grace... Iroh was half decent only because Shaun Toub can act his way out of a paper bag.
