Reasons for coming to VSH: Gabriel was born in 1002 B.C. And for most of his life, he was been nothing short of arrogant - though that was in large part due to his family. His mother, Eclair d'Italia, was not only a woman of grave importance throughout history, she was known in the underground societies as a Vampyre of royal blood. Yes, royal. The d'Italia House has always been one of the most powerful houses in the Vampirical world. It's simply how it has always been. His father, Anthony Königlich of Germany, has been known as a war hero throughout the ages, though many times under a different name to hide the truth of the Vampyre world. Although the Königlich House is a lesser house, it still held a similar power as the royals, largely part due to the undeniable fact that the Königlich House was a house of warriors of all kinds. Gabriel was not only royal, but he was one hell of a fighter. He grew to love his immortality, as there are few ways to actually go about killing a Vampyre. Truth be told, most ways are actually myths. Sunlight is a myth. Stakes through the heart are myths. Crosses do not actually harm them. In fact, as far as he has ever been concerned, the only way to kill them is to sever their heads. And he has done his fair share of killing Vampyres throughout history in many famous wars, both in Europe and the United States. He was most noted for his participation in the Battle of Thermopylae - not that that has any relevance now, considering that, as far as the humans were concerned, the Spartans were all defeated. Save one, of course, but that was only due to his immortality. But through many wars ended in the human half of the world, the Vampyres never rested, as the many Houses constantly waged war against one another. Eventually, Gabriel grew tired of it all and left his life behind him, choosing to no longer deal with an endless war and, instead, choose to life a different kind of life. He chose a life with humanity - sort of; and eventually, he found his way to the Valley Spring High School of Montcalm, Michigan. Much to his surprise, he found it to be a school for the other types of Abnormals who probably have no place to go. And so, finding comfort in such a thought, he chose to join.
How's the student acts, especially around others: Gabriel's... interesting. He doesn't like people all that often, but he is not fearful of communicating with them - although, he won't go out of his way to talk with people if he does not have to. To him, most people are still inferior beings, regardless of what they are. Unfortunately, he still has the discipline of 500 years leaving with his mother imbedded in his consciousness. Although he tries to be considerably more friendly than what he used to be, he cannot help the superiority that lies within him. After turning his back on war, he does what he can to not kill humans when he feeds. He, instead, has practically turned docile and tries, more or less, to be less lethal and more compassionate. Although, that's not to say he won't rip somebody's head off if they cross him the wrong way.
Other things we should know about the student: Gabriel has a single pet that security "permitted" him (not even going to mention that he compelled them into letting his pets live with him) to have: a rather large serpent that he has named Shiva. Also, he is known for being a devout Christian as often as his temper permits him to be.
