Details: Belial's Flames is a black flame from one of the darkest levels of hell ruled by the demon Belial. These flames burn with a ferocity unheard of and won't stop burning even when it runs out of fuel, the only way to stop it is to extinguish the flame or if the user stops it himself. It main weakness is water, and ice which can counteract it completely if there is enough of it.
