I know its too late for this now, but I'm so sorry for everything I've said and done to you...You were more than anything I could ever want and now, I can never call you mine ever again. The view of the sky has changed since you left but the clouds still make the shapes that you like. The stars aren't as bright as they were with you around and the night seems darker than ever before. I know you love her and I want you to be happy. I just wish we could have been happy together like you wanted once. I miss you and the words you would say to me before you left...I wonder if you kept all the love notes i wrote for you... I still have your necklace and I stare at it everyday... There are knocks on the door and the realization that its not you breaks my heart over and over again... The phone isn't worth picking up if you're not calling and my room isn't worth leaving if you're not the destination. Don't you remember wandering around at night just to buy more time together?... I do... I remember breakfast every morning and lunch every day... miles walked with our hands together...the beautiful smile on your face....Don't you miss it? Can't you remember? It was all so beautiful to you...I miss hearing you say I'm beautiful and I miss sharing every story there was to tell... I'd give anything to have all of that back, but I'm much too late. Your love for me is just a memory and so am I.
