Starting where we left off, Ichigo announces that he will show Aizen the Final Getsuga Tenshou. Aizen, being his usual self, wonders what this new form is as someone slams into a building. Is that Ichi training?
(I hope they stocked up on those hello kitty band-aids backstage.)
Welcome to Bleach 420 - Deicide 22.
It seems we have arrived at a flashback! Ichigo is looking a little beaten as Tensa comments that he still hasn't fallen, and Ichigo replies that he won't stop until he learns the Final Getsuga Tenshou. Tensa replies, "...And I thought I said that I DON'T INTEND TO!"
He launches at our orange-haired friend, and Ichigo's train of thought wanders to why he was still dragging on the fight, since if he had really intended to defeat him, he would have been strong enough to do so at the very beginning, and if he didn't want to teach him, he would have not fought and hidden. 'Why is nothing but sadness spilling from his blade--...'
The two continue to spar, and Ichigo finally lets go of his sword and gets pierced by Tensa's blade. "...How sharp of you...the Final Getsuga Tenshou is not something that can be acquired only by accepting my blade..."
After a pause, Ichi comments that it doesn't hurt. Tensa says the following in return, crying. (I put this in the words of the character 'cause It'd be too long to type an explanation, haha.) "Of course. This Tensa Zangetsu is you yourself...If you accept it, then there is no reason you would feel pain from being pierced..."
Ichigo interrupts. "...Why are you crying?"
Tensa, in return, tells him, "Do you remember what I told you when this battle began? 'What you want to protect is not what I want to protect."
"...Yeah." (Ichigo, by the way.)
"...What I wanted to protect was you, Ichigo."
"...What's that supposed to mean..."
"...The meaning will come straight to you along with the essentials of the technique...Ichigo...If you use this technique, you-"
The flashback is cut off as we return to the present. "The final Getsuga Tenshou is...Become Getsuga."
Ichigo transforms yet again, gaining a mane of black hair and an outfit that makes him look like a ninja. "If I use this technique...I will lose all my Shinigami powers. That's why it's called "Final"" (OH, NOW I GET IT. [/sarcasm])
Aizen's train of thought arrives next.
'I still don't feel anything. It can't be by evolving in a different dimension from Shinigami, as a two-dimensional being can never interfere with a three-dimensional one, as long as I do not purposefully lower my level and allow interference, neither humans nor Shinigami should be able to feel my reiatsu. Impossible - Impossible - he is - are you telling me he is standing in an even higher dimension?'
When this is over with, Aizen spews with anger. "IMPOSSIBLE! HOW CAN SUCH A THING BE?! HOW CAN A MERE HUMAN SURPASS ME?! IT IS-"
But Ichigo activates an attack: "Mugetsu". A large black explosion hits the canvas on the final page! Where will this all lead?
