In life we are told there are many fish in the sea
This means that there is a lot fishing
Sometimes we get a nibble and reel in a good one
And sometimes that nibble pulls the rod out of our hands and we have to learn to start over
Other times we may not get a nibble at all
It's painful for us to think that
So while fishing we bring along distractions
Whether it be entertainment, food, or something else entirely
Sometimes we'll even catch the same fish a few times
Sometimes when we catch a fish we want to keep it
But that fish will still flop back into the sea
So we gotta just keep our head up high and keep fishing
One day we'll catch that great big fish that will complete our trip
