Author's Note: These are possible exerts from a story(s) that I've had stuck in my head, little exerts just popping up.
"Religion. I didn't realize that it was the main method of controlling large masses that could equal an empire. But now that I think of it... it all makes sense. There is a set of rules and morales one must follow. When they step out of bounds, they will suffer a great and eternal punishment. If they follow the path of rules and good morales that were set at a very young age, they will enjoy a great, eternal bliss. And to back it up, stepping out of morales can lead to a whole society shunning you for trying to be an individual."
"Yep, I've been trying to tell you for these past few years. We need to go."
Aisha picked up her bag and took her black laptop from the floor where it was sitting in front of Brent, showing the truth that the government had idiotically placed in a digital file. Aisha exited out of the window and placed the computer in her bag. Brent laid back on the wall, an astonished look on his face.
"C'mon Brent, we need to go... like now!"
Brent shook his head, coming from his thoughts. He picked up his cellphone, Ipod, and laptop. He walked upstairs to his room, within a few seconds, he came downstairs. His backpack swollen with his electronics and clothes.
"Where are we going, Aisha?" Brent inquired. He could only imagine.
"I can't tell you right now, we just need to go now."
Even in his half confused and half shocked state, he followed Aisha through the back door and into the woods that lined Brent's property.
