Chapter: 7 - 880s Trial.

“All rise for the honorable Judge-G” said the Court Security. Everyone that came stood up. The judge came in and sat down, as well as everyone else. “We are here to testify against the Unit 880 for disobeying the Code to stay away from the forbidden forest.” said the Security unit. “How does the defendant plead?” Fragment (consider revising) “Not guilty, your honor.” you said. “Well, we are here because you, 880, have broken the code and entered the Forbidden forest, why did you do that?” he asked. You were shocked, if you tell the truth 720 and Lance will also pay. “Because… uh… well, I was out searching for that naga that escaped, 15 years ago. “You said.

“We’ve heard of this Naga who escaped 15 years ago. Why would you all of a sudden want to go and look for her now? You were lucky to survive the attack on the other scientist that tested on her. Wasn’t it bad enough we lost all the smartest scientist ever but you? And you go and risk your life?” It wasn’t easy lying to the Judge and the Jury. “Well, if you, your honor, was there during the time of the testing, you would know why she killed every other Scientist but Me.” you said. “And what might have you done, to earn her feelings to keep her from killing you?” He asked.

“Well, it was by attitude; I was around 14-years-old when I and the other Scientist were testing on her. Due to my age, I was able to make friends with her and gain her trust. But when she escaped and killed all the scientist but me, I began to wonder. ‘Did she really trust me? Does killing all the Scientist but me say that? Or is it a way to get to me in the future.’ I just had to know, so 15 years later, like today, I wanted to see if I can track her down with a chip I placed on her would lead me back to her. But yoll caught me, plus she may have shed her skin just like normal snake, me and the other scientist really get that much information to know if she could do that.” You looked at the jury then the judge.

“Well, we also got word that you were with Lance, 720s son. What were you doing with him?” the judge asked. “Incase of any danger he would be there to protect Me.” you said. “What makes you think that?” the judge asked. “Well, 720 and I are friends so we got to know each other a little and goes the same for Lance.” you said. The judge leaned in, “We know you’re lying to us 880, we saw 720 there as well, if your story was true, Lance wouldn’t have flown away and you wouldn’t have ran from the soldier.” the judge said. “We’ll have recess for an hour for the jury to have their result.”

----1 Hour later----

“Well, may the defendant please rise?” You quickly did so. “In the case of 880, disobeying, lying and traitory, how do you plead?” the judge asked.

“We the jury fined the Defendant 880, guilty, your honor.” Your eyes widen and you waited what you’ll be sentenced to. “I here by sentence, 880, to be Brain washed by Lambda Memory replacement for refreshment and redirecting for Lambda.” With that, the judge banged his gable and said. “Court dismissed.” The security hand-cuffed you and pushed you off.
