You hear me not from where I stand and scream
Eight letters that the victories unkind
I’ve waterloo’d ‘gainst beasts with in this dream
Death’s imminence I fear with all my mind
The seven letters, that wars are raging for
Pay notice not to its depressing chore
And break these chains that hold me here, unfree
One word, four letters, true, but brings a curse
These lines just words within a hollow verse
Though through their teeth the system lies
They still ignore the children’s pleading cries
Tis said when truthfully a love is found
But whats so grand, its all so bland, unbound
Six letters that the system claims are true
(verse one- waterloo)
(verse two- freedom)
(verse three- love)
(verse four- untrue)
