Ok, before i begin, I just want to establish that pretty much all of my dreams are this.. well.. weird, confusing and random. With that in mind, let's get started...

The dream began with my family and I in a hotel. My entire cross country team was there (I run cross country and track in high school) too. I don't have the greatest relationship with any of them because I mostly keep to myself. They were running around practicing without me. I don't know why they were holding practice at the same hotel that I was staying in, but they were there and running without me. Eventually they left the area that I was in and I was left alone with my parents and my little brother. My parents went into a different room in the hotel with my little brother. We were waiting to hear from my older brother. He attends college in San Fransisco and we were expecting him to meet us at the hotel so we could bring him home. I received a call from him asking where my parents were and I told him that I didn't know because they had just left. My brother didn't tell me where he was but somehow I knew that he was close. He told me that he was going to call them and hung up.
A few minutes after he hung up, my father came running into the room that I was in and told me that my brother had been killed in a car crash. I asked him how and he said that he stopped at a gas station to buy food and a car hit him as he was leaving his car. I was confused because I knew that this information was false. My brother had just called me from somwhere near where our hotel was. I knew instinctively that this information was true. My family immediately told me that we had to leave to get to where he was. My father strapped on a jety pack and we all strapped ourselves into the "passenger seats" and he took off. He took us into a high way and we were floating above the cars. After a few minutes of flying, he tol dus to hang on and did a backflip in the air. When he flipped, he almost hit me on one of the signs that are found on highways, but he hadn't realized that I was almost hit. i told him to stop (I was mosty worried about my mom and little brother who often get motion sickness) but he did another flip just to spite me. After the second flip, he lost control of the jetpack. We flew to the edge of the highway and almost hit a semi-truck that was driving near the edge. My little brother was hanging precariously but i was holding onto him. I was also in danger of falling out of the jetpack, but I managed to get my little brother and myself safe.

Ok, shoot.. I know I'm forgeting some parts of this dream but I can't remember exactly what happened or when in this dream they took place. I'll just write what I can remember.

After nearly losing my brother and I, my dad regained control of the jetpack and directed us to a highway of people with jetpacks. He flew safely after that. A few more minutes passed and he got tired of flying. We could see our hotel in the distance (we had come full circle I guess) and he handed control of the jetpack pver to me. He, my mother, and my little brother somehow managed to get themselves over to a little store next to the hotel by themselves. I had the jetpack to myself. We were going to land on top of the roof of the store, but it was a skylight so we accodentally crashed through it. No one was injured and no one thought it was strange that people with jetpacks had just broken the ceiling.
Once inside the store, we began looking around. I saw this beautiful ruffly dress but decided that I would come back to it later if I still felt like buying it. I walked into te nxt room to find tat the store aas actually someone's house.. they ran their business ou tof their home and there were a few young boys and girls playing a video game as people were shopping in their house. I walked through the room and down a hallway.
