My parents are uber PARANOID. It's so annyoing sometimes. Okay. I know they care about me, trying to look out for me. But they try too hard, or just plain overdo it. Like when I went to the districtwide Key Club convention, I got a looong lecture on things like, "if some guy tells you, hey lets leave the room and go to this closed room together, DONT DO IT!" or "if someone asks you for ur adress, DONT TELL THEM!" etc etc.
So really. I'd love to know if anyone has overprotective parents like these. They're also paranoid about my meeting people online, like everyone I meet is a stalker or worse. It's annoying. I am old enough to know what to do and what not to do. They just need to trust me a bit more, dontcha think?
