Nobody remembers anything. Not when the world changed... nor why. A mysterious dust poisoned the surface, affecting the brains of humans and stealing their memories. Strange apparitions began to appear. Humans fled their devastated cities. Only underground could the humans escape the demons and the dust. The dust took from us, but to some gave something new. The ability to transform their will into energy. This new breed... the Espers, risk their lives, searching the surface world for clues. Clues on the surface that might let us to remember the memories we lost.

An organized group of Esper's, the Visions, are beginning to recruit these talented humans and systematicly scan the earth around them. The Visions live underground in tunnels they've dug with their huge drilling machine. Nowadays, the tunnels are extremely long and complex and the visions only use one portion of it and has prohibited the usage of the other tunnels,
Outside of this underground city, the danger begins. The last doorway to the surface is a large gate, securely locked, to prevent creatures and dust from getting in and......from letting people out.

There are five areas the Visions are looking into. These areas are the Aquarium, the Station, the Palace, the Highway, and the Paranoma building. They hope to find some sort of data on what happened to the world and if there is some way they can live above ground. More likly, they've accepted they'll only find food and enemies. Oh, there is also another reason the Visions were created. Besides, trying to find the reason for their existance, they are to protect the underground city, from the threats of above.

Creatures, Aliens, Demons, whatever they are, roam the surface of the world. They need no energy, they have no home, they need no rest. This things have the ability to turn their will into energy. Whatever they are, they are willing to attack and kill for something, Something they deem precious to them. One more detail about the creatures. A strange women, with white hair, has been seen with the creatures. The women has been seen multiple times and on all occasions she has been seen has safe and secure. What this means, who knows.
