It's a little difficult to use the Help Center since it uses frames (eww) to function. This means that even though you may change the page, the URL in your navigation bar doesn't actually change.
But don't fear, there is a way to get a direct link to an article!
The normal URL to an article looks like this:
https://www.gaiaonlinehelp.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=5694&task=knowledge&questionID=xxx
The "xxx" gets replaced with the article ID you want to link to.
So to find the article number, just search for the article and load it up. In the information bar on the right is a area called "Topic Information". Under that is something like "Topic #: 5630-880".
That second part, after the 5630- is the article ID. So to link to article 880 (Word Bump) you'd need:
https://www.gaiaonlinehelp.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=5694&task=knowledge&questionID=880
Changing your email address is 573, so the link is.
https://www.gaiaonlinehelp.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=5694&task=knowledge&questionID=573
Now you can give a friend or anyone else who needs it a link directly to the help page.
