Makoto is the tallest and strongest physically out of the inner senshi (yet the youngest). She appears in episode 25, where she encounters Usagi on the way to school. Usagi was late so she ran as fast as she could, but accidentally ran into trouble. It was Makoto who helped her out and sent those bullies away.
Makoto was new to Juuban Junior High, and didn’t have any friends, mostly because she had a bad reputation in her old school caught in fighting. Students were afraid of her, however, Usagi took no notice of this and quickly made friends with Makoto; enjoying the delicious lunch she prepared.
Makoto tends to be boy crazy at times, but she is a caring individual. She would never hesitate to defend her friends and the weak.
