I'm waiting approval for my acceptance of my school loan and am going into the film industry. Im going to drive up to california and am scared and want my mother to come with me, but before I gave my brother the idea that when we go up he can get his tattoo there. Now, its a week before and my brother doesn't want my mother to go and Im mad and sad that she wont. Why does family have to be so selfish about decideing what they want when this trip is supposed to be about me going off to college and finally leaving the nest? My brother doesn't give a s**t that I'm not coming back for another year and that I want my mother to be there with me, just that he wants his stupid tattoo that he can get anywhere in the world and decides this is the best time to do it. I so badly want my mom to come but I haven't really said anything to anyone and am afraid to upset everybody. If anyone has anything to say on this please, please tell me.
