If anyone else is having the major problem of your college screwing up everything pertaining to your financial records? Your scholarships, loans, grants etc.?
Do they purposefully withold money from you & try to give you some bullshit excuse about why you can't recieve it in your bank, checking account etc.?
Just don't seem to understand we need our excess money back in order to pay for these things called bills, car notes, insurance, loans, rent etc.?
Then they have the nerve to not post your bill correctly online & when you have to go to the office that handles all of this you wait in line for hours only to be told they have no idea what's going on & they can't help you so they have to take your number & talk to someone who 'knows what the ******** they're doing' & then they'll get back to you later or you have to go back to the office & wait in line for another 2-4 hours jsut to get 1 simple thing that was their fault in the first place fixed?
Yeah me too i was just wondering who else was experiencing crappy a** service at their college. confused
