The beginning of the first semester of high school, many dread it, and many look forward to it, but it is the last thing on the minds of the members of nine bands. What's on their minds? The upcoming Deep Waters Tour for amateur musical acts that are in search of record deals that has brought these four groups of aspiring musicians together from different parts of the Unnited States.
