Oh My God Links! It actually makes me sad. When submitting an A/H report and it's to do with something that happened, include links! Most reports tend to be "(user) did (action)!" without adding in important stuff like where it happened. If you've a thread and something happened in it, include the thread link. If it was to do with a guild include the guild link (and not just the guild name, that's not so helpful). Reporting PMs > Screenshots as well. Personally I don't trust screenshots of posts or PMs because they are easily faked and I've had people try and submit fake ones to me. Screenshots frankly suck when compared to an actual reporting system (so if a report button exists for the feature then there's no excuse to screenshot instead of hitting the report button!)

	As far as reporting PMs go, don't mods have access to the PM in question? I thought reporting a post in a thread linked directly to the thread as well.

	A report is like taking a screenshot, except it's much more reliable. It captures the PM/Post in a moment in time. We're (mods) never able to access your inbox, PMs are called "Private messages" for a reason. So without a report on a PM we can't do anything about them.

	I need a link for the cases where people don't report stuff. Two separate complains in the one journal entry. The first with people reporting in A/H something that happened elsewhere, and the A/H form doesn't magically know where it took place since it's not tied into the actual post/PM like the other report system. (People literally copy/paste the message and that's all well and good but I don't know where they got it from). The second is those who screenshot rather than actually using the report system. Screenshots aren't good, they are easily faked and I have had people try and pass off obvious fake ones.
