Ha! I feel so relaxed! Its been a while since I've had a little bit of relief from my spinning vortex of life that feels as though it is seemingly running down the drain.

I noticed Tegral's comment in my last Journal entry and...for some reason I wasn't offended or stunned. I laughed and smiled an actual smile!

It was like reading How To Be Happy, Dammit all over again.

I don't need to feel christmas. The only reason I wanted to was because it seemed like everyone else was and I had been, somehow, missing out on something.

Bah! I'm a young adult! Christmas isn't going to have any meaning for, likely, the rest of my life! Why should I try to get it back when the whole 'childhood wonder' ideal is gone and done? Once again, I realize that there is another part of myself I hate and, therefore, adjust it to my liking. God, I hate it when I sound like some whining b***h who's depressed because of rediculous factors in life. I won't say I'm not questioning my mental state but I really hate people who whine on a constant basis, mental or physical.

"Oh my head hurts a little, I should skip school today."

"I'm sad, I'm going to stay at home and think about how sad I am."

"Gee, I get sick easily, maybe I should stay home again instead of try to improve my physical and mental state with a better diet and stop using the common cold as a reason to get out of class every other day..."

There is a difference between objecting and whining. If you are a whiner, I HOPE REALITY KICKS YOU IN THE a** TO THE POINT WHERE YOUR NETHER REGIONS WORK INCORRECTLY OR FINALLY GRANTS YOU WITH ALL ILLNESSES YOU'VE ALWAYS CLAIMED TO HAVE. Sheesh. A sneeze doesn't keep you from watching TV, so why not read that english book instead? Why do you make it seem like Ebola? Really?

So ******** CHRISTMAS! Its just a reason to travel, have relatives you don't enjoy, get presents, and like snow!

(And for the fellow trying to erase 'merry christmas' from the english language...MERRY CHRISTMAS MERRY CHRISTMAS MERRY CHRISTMAS. Get over it and stop being so selfish. You could always bury your head in an eggnog bowl like everyone else with holly jolly blocks.)
