TLLF: Part 2


Insulted



The next day, the sun was rising after it had rained all night. Water dripped off from the trees, and the ground was greener. There were still leftover clouds witch made the early morning sun glow across the sky. Sasori stood up and moved to the entrance of the cave. He looked around out side, then at the still sleeping Deidara. He’ll be complaining all day if he doesn’t eat anything…what a bother. Sasori walked outside and back into the forest. Half an hour later Deidara woke up. He yawned then looked around. “Sasori-Danna?” He looked around the cave and didn’t see Sasori. Has he left me…? Deidara thought. He stood up and walked to the cave entrance. He rubbed his eyes then looked up at the sky. The sky was partly cloudy and morning Doves flew around from tree to tree. Deidara breathed in the morning air, closed his eyes, and scratched his head. This was his first mission for the Akastuki, and he didn’t know where to go. He let out an irritated sigh then leaned agents the wall. Sasori then walked back into the cave with a bag of food he found while in the forest. Deidara opened his eyes, and looked at the food. “Gosh Danna, thanks a lot!” Deidara then took the food and started eating.
“ When you done, we should head back to the hideout. Were already late and I don’t want to keep Leader waiting anymore.” Sasori said in an annoyed voice.
“Yeah…” Deidara said back.
“ Tisk, your such a slowdown. I would already be there if it wasn’t for you.” Sasori remarked in a harsh tone. Deidara looked at Sasori with depressed eyes. “Hurry up will you!” said Sasori. Deidara hurriedly ate the food and left the cave with Sasori. A few hours later, they were close to the hideout. Deidara was walking with his head low and away from Sasori. Sasori glanced over at Deidara. He had a sorry expression on his face. Sasori turned his head forward and didn’t look at Deidara again till they reached the hideout. Sasori made a hand sign and the entrance to the Akastuki layer opened. They both went inside then the door closed. It was dark inside with the exception of a few torches leading down a black stairway. Once down the stairs there was a round table where some other people were sitting. One looked up at Deidara and Sasori and said, “About time you made it here. The blonde must have slowed you down Sasori. Your never late for meetings.” The person who said this had red eyes and black hair tied in a ponytail behind his head. His bangs hung down in front of his face and he outfit matched Sasori’s and Deidara’s. His name was Itachi. The others around the table also looked up. One who had blue skin and blue hair laughed and said, “ Seems like you’re burdened with the slow girl Sasori, you should just kill her and get rid of such a burden!” At this time, Deidara was pissed and very insulted. “ Why don’t you just say that again blue boy and see what happens.” he said in a cold voice.
