Crawling flesh in all kinds of shapes and sizes
with blasphemous dreams to rule the cosmos.
Don't let me disturb your unruly slumber,
while I stare blank upon the night sky.

I woke up screaming from another nightmare,
and this time I'm too haunted to find solace
in this eternal hibernation you partake in.
To think: Most of you have never seen the stars.

I'd like to wake you all and show them to you,
but I know that you just wouldn't understand.
There is peace in watching you die away oblivious
of the horror that lurks up there in the night sky.
